Klassify — simple attendance for schools and colleges
Klassify is a mobile app that helps schools and colleges take, track and report student attendance without paper registers.
What Klassify does
Students mark their own attendance from their phone. Klassify checks that the student is within the class location (using the phone's GPS) at the moment they mark, so attendance stays honest. Teachers control when marking is open, and can mark a day as a holiday.
Teachers take roll call for their class, marking each student Present or Absent, and can mark a holiday for any date. Monthly attendance percentages are calculated for each class, and holidays are left out of the percentage.
Each institution gets a master overview showing which classes have completed attendance for the day and each class's monthly attendance percentage.
How Klassify uses your Google account
You sign in to Klassify with your Google account. Klassify also connects to Google Drive and Google Sheets so that an institution's attendance records are saved in spreadsheets that the institution owns and can open, share, print or export at any time. Klassify uses this access only to create and update those attendance spreadsheets and for no other purpose. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details, including how we handle Google user data.
Who Klassify is for
- Teachers and class coordinators who take or manage attendance
- Students who mark their attendance (college)
